Full Journal pdf2006-05-09 House Journal Page 4002 HB 107 Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 3875) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 107(FIN) "An Act relating to unlawful obstruction or hindrance of hunting, fishing, trapping, or viewing of fish or game; and amending Rule 82, Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure, and Rule 508, Alaska Rules of Appellate Procedure." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 107(JUD) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 107(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 107(JUD), and recommended that the members vote yes. 2006-05-09 House Journal Page 4003 The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 107(FIN)?"
